As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Representatives at strategic locations throughout the UK. You’ll need proven track record in sales, a positive attitude and a passion for great beer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate team player to be part of the growth of an exciting small business, whose emphasis is on employee inclusion and collaboration. The role will require expenses-paid national travel, remote meetings, and the occasional team-based work at the Yonder brewery HQ in Somerset.

Your day-to-day focus will be –

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Company Directors to execute and achieve the sales strategy
  • Being tasked with growing regional on and off trade accounts.
  • Being a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador of Yonder and their products
  • Developing both the brand image and its visibility throughout the UK on-trade and off-trade
  • Being responsible for achieving product activation within key venues
  • Managing our already extensive account base and increasing sales throughout the area
  • Regular reporting, feeding back leads, opportunities, and results to the Sales Manager and Directors.

You will have incredible opportunities for progression within a small and inclusive, but rapidly expanding, team. Plus, the exciting opportunity to plant your flag in the ground at a crucial stage of this companies’ development, by helping build and execute a rock-solid sales strategy and taking the Yonder brand to the next level in the craft beer market.

You will need –

  • Minimum two years of hands-on sales experience. Be prepared to do everything from phone call to beer fest…
  • A passion and knowledge for craft beer and the drinks industry. Always a good starting point, but not necessarily essential
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with your customer base. Help us build a network of friends and advocates!
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills. Time management is key.
  • Positive and out-going approach to your customers, colleagues, and work. Show us that can-do attitude!
  • Competent IT skills; Microsoft Outlook (or email equivalent), Excel and Word
  • Proven track record of selling a full portfolio of products. We make a lot of beers!
  • Ability to build and develop relationships at any level. Trust is important to us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate team player to be part of the growth of an exciting small business, whose emphasis is on employee inclusion and collaboration. The role will require expenses-paid national travel and will be predominately based at the Yonder brewery HQ in Somerset.

 

Your day-to-day focus will be –

  • Supporting the Creative Director in preparing and delivering the Yonder Brewing marketing strategy. This will include helping to plan, set up and attend events. Assisting with copy writing, creating graphics, photographic content, and any other marketing collateral.
  • Liaising with internal and external teams and individuals to share marketing and event information
  • Assisting with the set up physical and virtual events, including beer festivals and tastings according to the events strategy.
  • Being a welcoming person at events to provide a good first impression of the brewery and brand
  • Assist with the creation and editing of documents/simple design materials as required for example signage for events
  • Creating, researching, and scheduling social media content for all Yonder Brewing platforms.
  • Managing video content, schedules, and storage of content, created by the Creative Director, and supporting team/s.
  • Assisting with general organisation, file management and budget tracking
  • Carry out simple website and social media updates to support the marketing team in making sure events are promoted consistently across all our social media platforms
  • To carry out any other duties appropriate to the level and responsibility of your post as required
  • Be familiar with Yonder Brewing’s Health and Safety Policy and working practices. Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions, to follow safe systems of work and observe safety regulations that apply to their area of work
