Purchasing Alcohol
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcoholic products from Brew Yonder.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- Any recipient of alcoholic products is also aged 18 or over.
We reserve the right to carry out age verification checks and may refuse or cancel orders where these requirements cannot be met.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate. However, as an independent brewery producing both core and limited-edition beers, product availability may vary.
Occasionally we may need to:
- Amend product descriptions.
- Update packaging or artwork.
- Withdraw products from sale.
- Limit quantities available for purchase.
We reserve the right to do so without prior notice.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
A contract between you and Brew Yonder is formed when your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- Products are unavailable.
- Pricing errors have occurred.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Age verification requirements cannot be satisfied.
Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.
From time to time, Brew Yonder may offer promotional discounts, voucher codes or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- Promotions are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
- Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are redeemable against eligible products available on the Brew Yonder website.
Gift cards:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be refunded unless required by law.
- Must be redeemed before any expiry date stated at purchase.
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Photography
- Product imagery
- Graphics
- Written content
- Branding
is the property of Brew Yonder or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
- Use this website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security.
- Reproduce, duplicate or exploit any part of the website for commercial purposes without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is identified.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brew Yonder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

- Delays or interruptions to website availability.
- Products purchased through the website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
