Annie was created in 2019 to celebrate our first birthday. Brewed with the finest local ingredients and carefully crafted with our unique approach to flavour and fermentation.
Aged on a blend of locally farmed and foraged ingredients including Pershore Plums, locally grown rosemary, foraged sumac, fennel seeds and wild rose petals.
Full bodied with a gentle acidity and spice-like esters of wild fermentation and finished with a combination of sweet and savoury wild botanicals.
